Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of MechanicFlow Pro, a shop management platform, AI phone receptionist, and text messaging service provided by Vista Tech Solutions LLC ("MechanicFlow Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). By using MechanicFlow Pro, an auto repair shop customer ("Shop") agrees to these Terms.

The service

MechanicFlow Pro provides Shops with appointment scheduling, work order management, customer and vehicle records, an AI phone receptionist that answers inbound calls on a Shop's behalf, and SMS text messaging used to confirm appointments, send reminders, follow up on calls, and notify customers when a vehicle is ready.

SMS / text messaging terms

When a Shop's customer ("Customer") calls a Shop's phone number or books an appointment, and provides their phone number, that Customer may receive text messages from the Shop's number, including: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, a confirmation that a call or message was received, and pickup notifications.

Message frequency varies based on the Customer's activity with the Shop (for example, how many appointments they book). Message and data rates may apply.

A Customer may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; they will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts from that number unless they opt back in by replying START. Replying HELP to any message returns instructions for getting help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers are not guaranteed to include all wireless carriers; coverage and reliability may vary.

AI phone receptionist

Calls to a Shop's assigned phone number may be answered by an automated, AI-driven receptionist that can hold a natural conversation, answer common questions, check appointment availability, and book appointments. The AI receptionist does not guess at prices, policies, or information it does not have, and will take a message for Shop staff to follow up on when it cannot fully resolve a request. Calls are not guaranteed to be answered by a human.

Shop responsibilities

A Shop is responsible for the accuracy of the business information it provides (hours, services, contact details) and for promptly following up on leads, messages, and appointment requests surfaced by MechanicFlow Pro. A Shop must have a lawful basis to communicate with its Customers and must not use MechanicFlow Pro to send unsolicited marketing messages.

Acceptable use

MechanicFlow Pro may not be used to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages, or for any purpose other than legitimate communication with a Shop's own customers about services they have requested or received.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep MechanicFlow Pro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these Terms or the service from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

MechanicFlow Pro is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vista Tech Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or delayed calls or messages.
